When a person who has been legally deemed as incapacitated and in need of a guardian, Deanette will be appointed by the Court to be legally responsible for someone who is unable to manage their own affairs. Once this appointment is in place, the guardian’s focus will be on a person-centered philosophy and the guardian’s duty will be to recognize and respond to the person as an individual with needs, desires and the potential for growth.    

In a situation where an individual, a family member, a Power of Attorney or a Guardian needs assistance with the overall health care of the person, Deanette will assess the person’s needs and discuss goals and objectives with the appropriate parties. Once the goals and list of services have been agreed to by appropriate parties, a person-centered care management plan that most effectively meets the client’s needs will be implemented. An initial assessment and set up fee is $350, after which the hourly rate goes into effect.
